I started a new fitness regimen - and.. I actually feel like I can stick with this one! No cutting carbs (that was always a lost cause for me), no starving, no weird diet fads - just eating more consciously, using that age old technique of counting calories. I'm using the Lose It! App. It's pretty great because 95% of the time you can just scan the barcode of whatever you're eating and it will generate all of the nutritional data. You can also add exercise! Super easy.
Along with the app - I found out about an online fitness video mecca called Fitness Blender. It_is_amazing. There are all sorts of fitness techniques ranging from 10 minutes to over an hour - here's the best news: it's all free.
I recently found out that you don't really have to shake a Polaroid to get it to develop. I don't agree. So - get out there and shake it!
